At Salon 20 your time is reserved exclusively for you. To maintain the highest level of service for all our clients, we kindly ask that you respect the following:

Cancellations & Rescheduling 

If appointments are cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice no fee is charged. 

We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. This allows us to offer your time to another client. On the day cancellations are classed as a no-show.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked service.

No-Shows 

If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment, we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible. We understand that sometimes things happen that prevent clients from being able to make their appointment but if you fail to attend an appointment without letting us know , either before or after the appointment we reserve the right to charge the full service amount and cancel any future appointments and new bookings.

Arriving Late 

If you're running behind, please let us know. We'll always do our best to accommodate you, however your service may need to be adjusted to fit the remaining time.

Deposits 

Some appointments require a booking deposit to secure your time with us. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or missed appointments.
